Presented at the last edition of IFA 2015 as the proposed mid-Chinese manufacturer, Lenovo Vibe P1 began receiving the upgrade to Android 6.0 Marshmallows, just over the past few hours, starting from the Indian market. The official announcement came from Lenovo, which through its forum has confirmed the start of the rollout, for model Vibe P1, P1A42 .
We expect to be rolling out for the Marshmallow Vibe P1, P1A42, over the next few days. Please remember to back up all necessary contacts and files before clearing your cache and updating your device. It is also recommended to factory reset your device after updating.
The update weighs about 1.5 GB and greatly improves the fluidity of the Terminal, in addition to introducing all the news of the new Android distribution, like Doze and permission management. The first users who have already updated report even a fingerprint recognition sensor aside almost immediate and new features for the app AppLock.
If you have not yet received notification of OTA available, it may take a few days before the new firmware to be distributed more widely.
