Since the demise of CyanogenMod, LineageOS has been working non-stop to support as many Smartphones, task that still today, to start to differentiate into your ROM of origin. In gear the development team continues to move, and is that is added support for 15 devices to the list.
While most of those devices are smartphones, not need any other tablet that can make use of LineageOS, and between phones, can see components of different generations. But not only added terminals, but in own ROM also some improvements have been made.
LineageOS supports 15 other devices, but it has not been forgotten to some small improvements in the quick settings, Gallery and recording app.
While these improvements are not very notable, yes they hint that the team already not is exclusively dedicated to include the list of supported devices. One of these improvements is the addition of various “tiles” to the area of quick adjustments, include USB, ADB connection over network, Ambient Display, and much more.
Other improvements have to do with the Gallery, which now It has a new app that makes it more simple navigation between menus (videos, pictures…) and it allows you to view videos in full screen. Finally, the recorder app now has a new animation and a floating button that lets you choose when you start a screen recording.
